Cb2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using cb2's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the cb2 platform through our website at cb2.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using the cb2 platform.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the cb2 management. This agreement is subject to and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia.

The cb2 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. cb2 reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time.

Account Registration & Security

Account creation

To make full use of cb2's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

The registration information you provide must be your own. Registering an account using another person's details or false information is not permitted. cb2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

Account security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. cb2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own failure to keep this information confidential. Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to us immediately at [email protected].

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

As a cb2 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to use the platform for lawful and personal purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the cb2 platform for any illegal activity or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
  • Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt cb2's systems or technical infrastructure.
  • Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
  • Sharing or reselling access to your account to any third party.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of unauthorised or falsified payment methods.
  • Spreading misleading or false information that could damage the reputation of cb2 or other users.
  • Opening multiple accounts to unlawfully obtain bonuses or promotions.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all pending credits or winnings, and legal action where applicable.

Payment & Transaction Information

Currency and deposits

All transactions on the cb2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers and recognised digital wallets. cb2 does not accept payments in foreign currencies unless made through methods specifically designated by management.

Deposit and withdrawal process

Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after payment confirmation is received. Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process, which may take some time to complete. cb2 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity and the validity of a transaction before approving any withdrawal.

Taxes and charges

Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by authorities or financial institutions in connection with transactions made through cb2. cb2 bears no liability in relation to a user's tax obligations.

Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Account suspension and closure

Cb2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any provision of these terms and conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for purposes contrary to the law. In the event of account closure due to a violation, any balance in the account may not be refunded depending on the severity of the breach.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, cb2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. Users acknowledge that use of the platform is at their own risk.

Intellectual property

All content on the cb2 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the property of cb2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without written authorisation from cb2.

Third-party links

The cb2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only, and cb2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Amendment of terms

Cb2 reserves the right to modify, supplement, or amend these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice displayed on the platform or through their registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms have been published will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest provisions in effect.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the cb2 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
